Hi, my name is Kureen and I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to Merci Belles — a place made with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. 

This all began with my mom. Watching her navigate the fast pace of everyday life, always giving so much of herself, made me realize just how easy it is to lose those little moments of peace. I’ve always loved creating things with my hands, and when I discovered the art of candle-making, something just clicked. It felt like the perfect way to bring comfort, calm, and beauty into the everyday.

I spent eight years planning this dream — saving every dollar I could, learning, testing, and imagining what Merci Belles could become. I started with nothing but $400 and a lot of hope. My very first sales were made with the support of my parents and family, and it was my dad who helped spread the word.

That love, support, and intention live in every product I make. From our coconut apricot wax candles to our soothing shower steamers, everything is crafted to help you pause, breathe, and feel like you again.

The name Merci Belles means “Thank you, beautiful” — a message I hope you carry with you each time you light a candle, step into a steamy shower, or simply take a moment to pamper yourself with every product we add to our collection line.

This is more than a shop. It’s a reminder that you deserve to feel good — even in the busiest seasons.
